Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that ZAPREACH has collected and stored. This includes your account information, contact lists, message history, and any other data associated with your account.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, follow one of the methods below:
Option 1 — Delete via Dashboard
- Log in to your ZAPREACH account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click "Request Account Closure"
- Confirm the deletion request
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email Request
Send an email to privacy@zapreach.io with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address and phone number. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- All contacts and contact data you uploaded
- Message history (sent and received)
- Campaign data and templates
- Payment and billing records (subject to legal retention requirements)
- WhatsApp configuration and API credentials
Data We Must Retain
Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., GST records, financial transactions) as required under Indian law (IT Act 2000, GST Act). This retained data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted once the legal retention period expires.
Facebook / Meta Login Data
If you connected your account via Facebook/Meta login, you can also revoke ZAPREACH's access to your Facebook data by visiting Facebook App Settings and removing ZAPREACH from the connected apps list. After revoking access, submit a deletion request via email to ensure all stored data is removed.
